Instagram and WhatsApp messaging assistant for medical aesthetics
A patient who replies to your story with "how long does botox last" gets an honest answer from MedorAI and a suggested time. On Instagram and WhatsApp, day and night; the appointment goes into your diary.
Botox, fillers, mesotherapy, laser hair removal: whatever is on your list, MedorAI describes only that.

How long does botox last? How much is it?
Example Aesthetic Centre: welcome 🙂 How your personal data is handled: medoralab.com/en/kvkk-aydinlatma Would you like to book an appointment, or ask about something?
I'd like an appointment this week
Botox usually lasts 4 to 6 months; it varies by person and by area, and it can be repeated. This week, Thursday 13:00 or Friday 17:30 is open. Which works for you?
Friday 17:30
Your appointment for Friday at 17:30 is booked; I recommend noting the date.
In your clinic in three steps
- 01
Instagram and WhatsApp connect
Your Instagram business account and your current WhatsApp number connect, and both stay as they are. Story replies and direct messages land with the same assistant.
- 02
The patient is answered in their language
Patients writing in Turkish, English, German, Russian or Arabic get a reply in the same language. Treatment information comes from your clinic's list and the answers you wrote.
- 03
The appointment goes into the diary
The open slot comes from your working hours and the practitioners' calendars, and the appointment appears in the panel. The moment your team types, MedorAI goes quiet; if a patient's message waits 10 minutes unanswered, it steps back in.
What it follows when it speaks for your clinic
These four rules cannot be loosened by any clinic setting; each one is written into the code.
Never states longevity as a guarantee
It explains how long botox and fillers last as something that varies by person; it never says "certain" or "guaranteed". The practitioner decides on the treatment.
No price figures, no campaigns
To "is there a campaign" it invents none; if you did not write one, there is none. Discounts, free sessions and "if you book today" lines are switched off in the code.
Asks for no phone number on Instagram
It does not ask an Instagram patient for a number; the appointment is booked with the Instagram account. If you want it to ask, it asks once; if the patient declines, the appointment is still booked.
Reads no images or voice messages
The story image, photos and voice messages are not read and stored nowhere; the patient is asked to write. It does no face analysis and asks for no photos.
What clinics in this specialty ask
Does it see a patient replying to my Instagram story?
Yes. Story replies and direct messages land with the same assistant; the story image is not read, the patient's text is answered. It does not look at post comments.
How long can we write to a patient on Instagram?
24 hours from the patient's last message. After that the panel tells you and links to your Instagram app; MedorAI never sends a message past the 24 hours on its own.
Can we share campaigns and prices?
You open prices per treatment: a range or one price. Campaign and discount language is switched off in MedorAI; your team writes your campaign to the patient.
Does it track sessions?
It writes to the diary; in the panel, first visit, treatment and check-up appear separately. How many sessions are needed is for the practitioner to say, not MedorAI.
What if a patient asks "what would suit me"?
It says the practitioner decides at the examination and offers one; it does no face analysis and asks for no photos.
Is it the same on WhatsApp?
Same assistant, same rules. On WhatsApp the number is already there; reminders can go out with an approved template, which is not possible on Instagram.
