When will I get an answer?
With priority support, within the hours above; with standard support, through the same channels in order of arrival. The answer goes to the e-mail address you wrote from.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, for up to 6 months. You open a request and our team freezes it. During that time MedorAI and the channels stop, your data stays and the panel becomes read-only.
How do I cancel my membership?
You open a request; it is resolved within 30 days at the latest. On cancellation you receive a link by e-mail to download your data as an Excel file.
What happens to my data after cancelling?
You can undo it within 30 days. After that, your business’s data is permanently deleted.
Freezing and cancelling
You do not freeze or cancel your membership yourself; you open a request and our team resolves it, within 30 days at the latest.
Open a request
The Membership page in your panel, the help bubble, the WhatsApp support line or e-mail: all four open the same request.
Freeze
Up to 6 months. MedorAI and the channels stop, your data stays and the panel is read-only. Paying resumes where you left off; if the period runs out, the membership moves to cancellation.
Cancel
You receive a link by e-mail to download your data as an Excel file. You can undo it within 30 days; after that it is permanently deleted.
Data deletion and personal data
When a patient or client asks for their own data to be deleted, the request is handled at once, even if your membership is frozen or cancelled.
