Cookie Policy
Version 1.0 · Published: October 1, 2026
This policy explains the small pieces of information (cookies and browser storage) that medoralab.com and the clinic panel keep in your browser. We use only those that are strictly necessary for the service to work.

What we do not use
We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, social media or visitor tracking; no code is loaded on our pages for these purposes. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent on our site.
The strictly necessary cookie on the site
NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the language you chose. It is deleted when you close your browser.
Strictly necessary cookies in the clinic panel
Session cookies (authjs.session-token, plus authjs.csrf-token and authjs.callback-url for security): confirm that you are signed in. The session ends when the browser is closed or after 12 hours of inactivity.
ml-remember: keeps you signed in for 30 days if “Keep me signed in on this device” is chosen at sign-in.
medoralab-acting-clinic: records only which clinic’s panel a MedoraLab support staff member is working in; it is never created for clinic users.
Browser storage
The help bubble keeps, in your browser’s local storage, the fact that you closed the bubble and the session key of an open chat.
The clinic panel keeps in your browser whether the menu is open or closed, that you have completed the panel tour, that the add-to-home-screen suggestion has been shown, and the suggestions you have hidden on some screens.
This information is not sent to us and contains no personal data.
Payment and account connection windows
The payment page that opens during sign-up is hosted on the payment institution iyzico’s own domain. The cookies used there are subject to that institution’s policy.
When a clinic owner presses the button in the panel to connect a WhatsApp or Instagram account, Meta’s own sign-in window opens and Meta’s script is loaded only at that moment. That script itself reports technical records of the sign-in steps to Meta, and cookies used in that window are governed by Meta’s policy; we keep automatic usage event reporting to Meta switched off.
How to manage cookies
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the service to work and do not depend on your consent. You can delete or block them in your browser settings; if you do, your language choice is forgotten and your panel session ends.
Details on the processing of personal data are in the Privacy Policy. For questions: info@medoralab.com
