Short answers
When is a booking confirmed?
You choose this for each service: the booking is confirmed either at once or when your team approves it. To be confirmed at once, the service needs a price and a duration.
What does the person booking fill in?
Name, phone and email. They confirm the booking with a code sent to their email; at a clinic they may also pick a reason for the visit from a list. There is no free text field and no health question.
Can the same time go to two people?
No. The booking page, your team and the AI assistant MedorAI read the same calendar; a taken time shows as free nowhere.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your booking page has its own link; you can put that link on Instagram, your Google Business Profile and your WhatsApp profile.
Can the person change their time?
Yes. With the link in the confirmation email they change or cancel their booking; you decide how close to the appointment this is allowed.
