Does my customer need to download an app?

A browser is enough. Your customer opens your link or scans your QR code; the page works on the phone.

Does a booking wait for my approval?

You decide service by service. For a service you open to instant booking, the appointment is confirmed right away; for the others, the booking waits for your approval in the panel.

Can my customer change their appointment?

Yes. From the link in the confirmation email they change the time or cancel the appointment. The change shows in your book.

Do I build my service list from scratch?

You choose your business type; from a ready list of 94 services, the ones that fit your type come with their durations. You edit the name, duration and price, and you add your own services too.

I have my own website; can I add booking there?

Yes. You add booking to your site as a button, a pop-up window or an embedded box. You copy the code from the panel.
