Your patient relations, autonomous. Your time, back in the clinic.

Hi, I had an implant done with you last year. I'd like to come in for a check-up, but on weekdays I can only get away after 5pm.
12:04Welcome back! For a check-up I've looked at weekday evenings: Tuesday 17:30 and Thursday 18:00 are free. Which works for you?
12:04Thursday 18:00 would be great, thanks.
12:05Your check-up is booked for Thursday 18:00. See you then — have a good day!

Medora takes the conversation, you see the result
Appointments in the book, a calmer front desk and a panel that talks in numbers. All three from week one.
A 9pm message is in the book by morning
Most patients write after hours. Nobody can answer then — and by the time someone calls back the next day, many have found another clinic. Medora replies the minute the message lands, offers a slot and writes the appointment into the book. By your first coffee, it's done.
Good evening, sorry about the hour — the crown on my front tooth just came off at dinner. Any chance you could see me tomorrow?
Sorry to hear that! Dr. Aksoy can see you tomorrow at 09:30 — I've booked you in. Don't forget to bring the crown with you.
The phone that rings while you're at the chair stops interrupting
“How do I find you?”, “Are you open Saturday?”, “How much is a crown?” — the same ten questions every day. Medora answers each one in the patient's language; the argument about who handles the English message is over. Your team steps in only when it wants to, with one click.
Hi! I'm visiting Istanbul between the 14th and the 21st. Would you have time for a zirconia crown consultation that week?
Welcome! Tuesday 14:00 or Wednesday 10:30 would both work for a consultation — the clinic is a short metro ride from Taksim. Which suits you better?
You stop guessing how many chats became appointments
How many patients wrote, how many booked, which treatment was asked about most — all in the panel, day by day. Ads, longer hours or a new chair: you decide on numbers.
Set up in a day, then it runs itself
Nothing about your routine changes: same number, same book, same habits.
- 01
Connect
The WhatsApp number you use today is connected as it is. The number on your sign, your cards and your search results stays the same; patients keep writing to the number in their contacts.
- 02
Train
You describe your treatments, hours and rules in a few screens; Medora also learns from your past conversations and your website. Ready in half an hour.
- 03
Watch appointments land
Conversations turn into appointments on their own and land in Medora's book — visible in your Google, Apple or Outlook calendar too. If you want to step in, one click is enough.
Medora never builds a lasting patient record
When the appointment is done, the conversation closes and its content is deleted. There is no archive of your patients accumulating anywhere — because none is ever started. What isn't asked can't leak; what isn't kept can't be lost.
Zero-archive by designNo lasting patient record
When the appointment is done, the conversation closes and its content is deleted. A thread silent for 24 hours closes by itself; no forgotten chat stays open.
The assistant never pretends to be human
It never introduces itself as a member of your staff, and when a patient asks, it says plainly that it is an AI. No setting turns that off. Medora doesn't diagnose and leaves clinical questions to the dentist.
No price or discount promises
By default the assistant shares no prices. If the clinic chooses, it can enable them from MedoraLab and only the ranges it has defined itself are shared; no setting ever allows discounts or campaign promises.
One plan, no surprise line items
No per-conversation fee, no message bundles, no user limit. One price per clinic.

The eight questions clinic owners ask first
If your answer isn't here, write it on the demo form and we'll come back the same day.
How long does setup take?
One working day. Connecting the number and entering your hours and treatment list is on us. You install nothing, buy nothing and send nobody to training — on day one your team simply signs in to MedoraLab.
Do I have to change my number?
No. The WhatsApp number you use today is connected as it is. The number on your sign, your cards and your search results stays the same; patients keep writing to the number in their contacts.
Does my routine change?
No. It doesn't change how you work; Medora only talks on WhatsApp and writes the appointment into its own book. Your team reads the book in the panel — and in Google, Apple or Outlook if you like.
What happens to patient conversations?
Medora never builds a lasting patient record. When the appointment is done, the conversation closes and its content is deleted; the appointment entry itself is removed after 30 days. Long-lived records hold no patient name or number.
What if the assistant gets something wrong?
What it can say is limited from the start: only the information you defined, no diagnoses, price sharing off by default, and no setting that ever allows discount or campaign promises. When unsure, it points the patient to an examination or to your team. And if you still want a hand on the wheel: watch any conversation live and take over with one click.
Which languages does it speak?
Turkish, English, German, Arabic, Russian and French. The assistant switches to the patient's language by itself; it never asks. Patients from abroad need no separate number, extra staff or interpreter. The panel itself is in Turkish.
What does the price include?
Unlimited conversations in six languages, the live panel and takeover, the appointment book, calendar view, setup and configuration. No per-conversation fee, no message bundles, no per-user charge. Instagram DM and WhatsApp campaigns will join the same plan when they launch.
How does the trial work?
For 7 days the system runs on your own number with your real patients — not demo data. We still do the setup. If you don't continue, the account closes and your records are deleted. No commitment, no cancellation fee.
