WhatsApp appointment assistant for dental clinics
A late-night "how much is an implant" becomes a booked appointment by morning. MedorAI answers in the patient's language, finds an open slot and writes the appointment into your diary; the moment your team types, it goes quiet.
Implants, orthodontics, zirconia crowns, teeth whitening, root canal: MedorAI only describes the treatments your clinic lists.

Hi, how much is an implant?
Example Dental Clinic: welcome 🙂 How your personal data is handled: medoralab.com/en/kvkk-aydinlatma Would you like to book an appointment, or ask about something?
I'd like an appointment for an implant, and I'm curious about the price
The cost of an implant depends on bone structure and the implant chosen; our dentist gives the exact figure at the examination. For the examination, tomorrow 11:00 or 15:30 is open. Which works for you?
15:30
Tomorrow at 15:30, booked as a first examination. See you then.
In your clinic in three steps
- 01
Your number connects as it is
Your current WhatsApp number and Business app stay; your Instagram account connects too. The number on your sign does not change.
- 02
The patient is answered in their language
Patients writing in Turkish, English, German, Russian or Arabic get a reply in the same language. Treatment information comes from your clinic's list and the answers you wrote.
- 03
The appointment goes into the diary
The open slot comes from your working hours and the dentists' calendars, and the appointment appears in the panel. The moment your team types, MedorAI goes quiet; if a patient's message waits 10 minutes unanswered, it steps back in.
What it follows when it speaks for your clinic
These four rules cannot be loosened by any clinic setting; each one is written into the code.
Gives no price figure
You decide per treatment whether a price is shared; MedorAI never says a figure that is not in your table. No totals, no packages, no discounts, ever; it says the final price is set at the examination.
No diagnosis, no medication advice
A patient who writes "my tooth hurts" is not told what it is; the complaint is taken seriously and steered to an examination. On urgent signs such as bleeding after a procedure it gives your clinic number and the emergency line.
Asks only for a name, a treatment and a time
No ID number, no medical history, no insurance details. The treatment name goes into the appointment note only with the patient's consent; when the conversation closes, the messages are deleted.
Stays inside your list
It does not describe a treatment you do not offer: it says so, names the closest option and invites the patient to an examination.
What clinics in this specialty ask
Do we have to enter a price list?
No. You decide per treatment: do not share, give a range, or give one price. For a treatment you keep private, MedorAI explains what drives the price, says it will check with the clinic and places the patient in your panel as a lead.
How does it know treatments like implants and orthodontics?
From your clinic's service list. It does not describe a treatment that is not on it. General dental knowledge comes built in, but it never decides; it says the dentist will decide at the examination.
What happens when a patient writes "my tooth hurts"?
No diagnosis. The complaint is taken seriously and the nearest examination slot is offered. On urgent signs such as bleeding after a procedure it gives your clinic number and the emergency line, and marks the conversation "possibly urgent" in the panel.
Does it tell a check-up patient from a first-time patient?
Yes. A patient who has booked before is asked one question: a check-up, or a new complaint? The appointment type is written accordingly, and the duration comes from your table.
Does it also handle patients writing on Instagram?
Same assistant, same rules. An Instagram patient has no phone number; if you want, MedorAI asks once. Automatic reminders cannot be sent on Instagram; the panel says so on the appointment card.
We have more than one branch. Will it get mixed up?
It asks for the branch once, finds slots in that branch's calendar and books the appointment there. In the panel, each team sees only its own branch.
