MedoraLab is a software service developed in Istanbul and offered by Eren Kutay under the “MedoraLab” brand.

We serve clinics and healthcare institutions working in dentistry, hair transplantation, aesthetic and plastic surgery, and medical aesthetics.

MedorAI is an AI-supported patient coordinator. It answers the messages that reach the clinic’s WhatsApp and Instagram accounts using the clinic’s own information and writes the appointment into the clinic’s appointment book.

The panel is where the clinic team manages conversations, appointments, patient requests and the follow-up list from one screen. The team can take over any conversation and write themselves.

In the Panel package, which has no AI assistant, messages are collected in a single inbox and the team answers them.

The service is provided online on a subscription basis and paid monthly or yearly. Packages and fees are in the pricing section of the site.

Conversation contents are deleted after the conversation closes.
