WhatsApp patient coordinator for aesthetic and plastic surgery
To a patient asking "is a nose job risky", MedorAI never says "no risk"; it says the surgeon will explain at the consultation and finds a consultation time. A question from Instagram gets the same care.
Rhinoplasty, breast surgery, liposuction, face lift: whatever is on your list, MedorAI describes only that.
7-day trial · We do the setup · Your number stays the same
Hi, I'm considering a nose job. Is it risky, and how long is the recovery?
Example Aesthetic Clinic: welcome 🙂 How your personal data is handled: medoralab.com/en/kvkk-aydinlatma Would you like to book an appointment, or ask about something?
I'd like a consultation, but I'm wondering about the risks
Our surgeon explains the risks and the recovery in detail at the consultation; since they differ from person to person, that is where you get the most accurate answer. For a consultation, Thursday 14:00 or Friday 10:30 is open. Which works for you?
Friday 10:30
Friday at 10:30, booked as a consultation. See you then.
In your clinic in three steps
- 01
Your number connects as it is
Your current WhatsApp number and Business app stay; your Instagram account connects too. The number on your sign does not change.
- 02
The patient is answered in their language
Patients writing in Turkish, English, German, Russian or Arabic get a reply in the same language. Surgery information comes from your clinic's list and the answers you wrote; the decision is the surgeon's.
- 03
The consultation goes into the diary
The open slot comes from your working hours and the surgeons' calendars, and the appointment appears in the panel. The moment your team types, MedorAI goes quiet; if a patient's message waits 10 minutes unanswered, it steps back in.
What it follows when it speaks for your clinic
These four rules cannot be loosened by any clinic setting; each one is written into the code.
No promises about risks or results
It never says "no risk" or "guaranteed result"; it says recovery differs from person to person and leaves it to the surgeon. Persuasion through praise or fear is switched off in the code.
No surgery package price
It gives no total for surgery, anaesthesia and accommodation; a single-procedure price from your table is spoken only if you allowed it. It says the final price is set at the consultation.
Asks for no medical history
No ID number, no illness history, no medication details. If the patient volunteers them, it says "please tell your surgeon" and does not decide.
Your team takes over
The moment you type from the panel it goes quiet; if the patient's waiting message goes 10 minutes unanswered, it steps back in. Who wrote what is visible on every bubble.
What clinics in this specialty ask
What if the patient asks for before-and-after photos?
It neither sends nor accepts images. A patient asking for photos is told they can get them from the clinic itself; the conversation stays in the panel and your team continues.
What does it do with a price question?
It explains that the surgery price is set at the consultation and what it depends on; it speaks the single-procedure price you allowed. Never a package or a total. The request lands in your panel as a lead, and you decide what to say.
A patient coming from abroad?
Patients writing in English, German, Russian or Arabic are answered in the same language. To "how long should I stay" it says the surgeon will tell them at the consultation; accommodation details are given only if you wrote them.
What does it do with an undecided patient?
A patient who says "let me think" is asked once what is still on their mind; it does not insist a second time. The decision is the patient's; you can turn this behaviour off in Settings.
A patient writing with a complaint after surgery?
On signs such as bleeding, fever or shortness of breath it gives your clinic number and the emergency line, marks the conversation in the panel and your team gets an e-mail. It makes no assessment.
What if they ask about something outside your field?
It says the topic may be outside the clinic's field and passes it to your team; it records no treatment name. In the panel it appears as "out of scope".
