Payments, bank transfer and account lock
Updated:
This article walks through the “Ödemelerim” (My payments) and “Üyelik” (Membership) screens of the panel: where you save your card, which payments you confirm yourself, how to choose bank transfer, and what happens when a payment is late. The panel is in Turkish, so screen and button names are quoted as they appear, with their meaning in brackets.
The payments screen
The “Ödemelerim” (My payments) screen of the panel is open to the clinic owner. Your billing details, your saved card, the automatic charge limit and your payment history are on this screen.
First fill in and save the “Fatura bilgileri” (Billing details) section, then press “Kart ekle” (Add card). You enter your card on the payment institution’s page; we do not store your card number. To change the card, use “Kartı güncelle” (Update card) in the same place.
Automatic payments and payments you confirm
Payments below 26,000 ₺ including VAT in a single charge are taken from your saved card automatically. You confirm payments of 26,000 ₺ or more yourself: a payment link arrives by e-mail and the “Ödemeyi onayla” (Confirm payment) button appears on the payments screen.
The button opens the payment institution’s page; the payment is taken with your bank’s 3D Secure verification. Your new period starts at the end of the period that is ending; paying early leaves the length of the period unchanged.
When the payment link arrives
With monthly payment the link arrives 5 days before the payment date. With yearly payment the link and the bank transfer details arrive 14 days before renewal.
Until a yearly payment is completed we send reminders 7 days and 1 day before. Once the payment is received, an e-mail with the subject “Ödemeniz alındı” (Your payment has been received) arrives and your invoice record is created.
Paying by bank transfer
Bank transfer is available only with yearly payment and in the Custom package. The “Havale ile öde” (Pay by bank transfer) button on the payments screen shows the recipient name, the IBAN, the amount and the payment code. Write the recipient name exactly as shown on screen (it is required for an EFT transfer) and put the payment code in the transfer description.
When you press “Havale ile ödeyeceğim” (I will pay by bank transfer), the screen says “Havale bekleniyor” (Awaiting bank transfer) and this payment is no longer taken from your saved card. When your transfer arrives, our team processes the payment and you receive an e-mail. If you change your mind, “Kartla ödeyeceğim” (I will pay by card) takes you back to the card.
The payment link for a package upgrade
You upgrade your package from the “Üyelik” (Membership) screen of the panel. If the amount due now is below 26,000 ₺, it is charged to your saved card and the new features open at once.
If the amount is 26,000 ₺ or more, a payment link is sent to you; the amount is valid for 7 days and your package changes once the payment is received. If it is not paid, only this change is left out; nothing else changes in your account.
If a payment cannot be taken: account lock
If a charge to the saved card fails, we try again 2 times over the following days and tell you by e-mail each time. If the payment is not received within 7 days after its due date, the account is locked: MedorAI stops and the panel closes; only the payment screen and the button to download your data stay available.
In a locked account the clinic owner sees the “Ödemelerim” (My payments) and “Verilerimi indir” (Download my data) buttons; team members see a single screen saying that payment is awaited. Your data is not deleted; once the payment is received the account opens again by itself.
Deletion notice and invoice
If the payment is not received within 30 days after its due date, a deletion notice is sent. Within 30 days after the notice you can undo the deletion and download your data.
Every payment creates an invoice record, and your invoice is issued with the details you entered under “Fatura bilgileri” (Billing details). The same steps with panel screenshots are in the User guide: download it as PDF or Word from the card on the Guides page. The user guide is in Turkish.
